Here's an overview of our tennis camps in Marbella
Our program consists of two daily sessions (morning and afternoon/evening), tailored to the athlete's recovery level and the availability of sparring partners. The first session concentrates on enhancing the player's technical, athletic, tactical, and mental skills. The second session involves match play against opponents of equal or higher skill levels, providing a realistic competitive environment. During matches, no tactical advice is given to foster autonomy in adapting strategies. Each day concludes with a debriefing session at the Puente Romano tennis club or at a beachside chiringuito, promoting recovery and reflection.
