This course teaches you everything a player feels when competing and teaches you how to help them with practical, usable tools.
The greatest changes achieved in children occurred when parents also decided to question themselves by modifying some dysfunctional behaviors towards their children and embracing the healthy philosophy of approach to competition that we teach their children.
Your behavior as a parent can determine the growth of a healthy passion or the sudden abandonment of this sport due to too much pressure.
Knowing how to manage difficult moments, blocks and closures following defeats can determine a healthy self-esteem and prospect of success.
Learn to consider tournaments as an opportunity to gather experiences, grow and put into practice what you have learned in training
The webinar aims to make parents, coaches, players and head coaches understand who we are, how we work and what are the main differences between mental coaching and mental tennis. In particular, we will talk about the self-training approach regarding the study of the theory of the method and self-training regarding practice on the court.
10 training sessions and 5 follow-up sessions, to monitor the progress of the teaching, we will teach parents everything necessary and essential to know when dealing with a tennis-playing son/daughter, the duration is 40 minutes and can be individual or group to extend the benefits to the whole family.
Our sessions are individual but also in groups to standardize the training for the whole family, thus trying to extend the maximum benefit to all members.
All our courses adopt a self-training profile, this means that we will follow you to ensure that you know how to contextualize the tools we provide you and put them into practice.
We know that work takes up a large part of your day and that is why we offer you the possibility of taking the course even outside of normal working hours.
