BASIC

The training week consists of individual sessions held in the morning or afternoon. Each session includes 90 minutes of on-court practice followed by a 30-minute multimedia training and debriefing. 

Course Objectives:

- Help coaches internalize our philosophy for approaching competition. 

- Demonstrate the ability to implement essential techniques for managing anger and frustration. 

- Enhance concentration during matches to boost overall performance.

The training week is organized with two daily sessions, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Each session consists of 90 minutes of on-court practice, followed by a 30-minute training and multimedia debriefing in the classroom.

Course Objectives:

- Develop mental strength in conjunction with game skills.

- Focus on addressing the player’s specific weaknesses.

- Assess the coach’s ability to explain and implement techniques such as the reset process, anti-discouragement strategies, pre-visualization, and disconnection, enabling players to fully realize their potential during matches.

The training week features two daily sessions, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Each session consists of two hours of on-court training, followed by a 30-minute multimedia debriefing.

During the course, coaches will be guided to:

- Identify and address the player’s weak points.

- Foster mental and game solidity.

- Teach and apply essential techniques, including disconnection, the reset process, anti-discouragement strategies, pre-visualization, ataraxia, and tuning, which are crucial for achieving a state of flow.
