This course teaches you everything a player feels when competing and teaches you how to help him with practical and usable tools.
To be trained and coached directly by the founder of Mental Tennis Filippo Gioiello by carrying out individual sessions
You as a parent need to understand that you have to be a parent, you need to impose rules and learn both to give punishments when they don't behave well but also to reward them when they listen, it takes wisdom and balance but the carrot and stick always work
Knowing how to handle difficult moments, blocks and closures following defeats can determine a healthy self-esteem and prospect of success, but you as a parent must know what to say and where to stop and say nothing because if you do not know the dynamics that a tennis player experiences on the court, I assure you that it is better not to give advice.
Learning to consider tournaments as an opportunity to gather experiences, grow and put into practice what you have learned in training is the basis of our philosophy of approach to tennis, allowing your children to create family psychodramas is not.
The webinar aims to help parents, coaches, players and head coaches understand who we are, how we work and what are the main differences between mental coaching and mental tennis, in particular we will talk about the self-training approach
The program includes a double session, in the morning where we teach how to work on specific objectives, which are challenging but still realistic and in the afternoon, we follow the athlete in his sports performance to train and correct him.
Our sessions are individual but also in groups to standardize the training for the whole family, thus trying to extend the maximum benefit to all members.
All our courses adopt a self-training profile, this means that we will follow you to ensure that you know how to contextualize the tools we provide you and put them into practice.
We know that work takes up a large part of your day and that is why we offer you the possibility of taking the course even outside of normal working hours.

3. Develop a Winning, Resilient Mindset
Working closely with an expert in sports psychology and mental coaching, participants learn how to build resilience, essential for overcoming challenges both on and off the court.
4. Train with Practical, Actionable Mindset Tools
Filippo transforms theoretical concepts into practical tools, immediately usable on the court. Each technique is tested in real-time, allowing players to experience firsthand the power of an effective mental approach.
