A.L. Active Learning: What is it?

With the Active Learning (AL) approach, you’ll first become your own “client,” applying the principles and techniques of Mental Tennis to yourself to gain firsthand experience and tangible results. This self-practice allows you to deeply internalize the course's methods and tools, making your future teaching more genuine, effective, and impactful for your clients.

Experiment with competition to build empathy

To teach *Mental Tennis* effectively, it is essential to experience firsthand the challenges that a tennis player faces in competition. Only by fully understanding the pressures, emotions, and demands of competitive play can one truly appreciate the value of *Mental Tennis* tools. More importantly, it is crucial to deeply internalize these techniques so you can convey their effectiveness authentically to others, offering an approach that is both practical and experiential, not just theoretical.

Developing empathy is essential in this work

Empathy is essential in the work of mental coaching, especially within *Mental Tennis*. By truly understanding the player’s journey, from the emotional highs of victory to the frustrations of setbacks, coaches can create a stronger, more supportive connection. This empathetic foundation not only helps build trust but also allows coaches to tailor their guidance, ensuring that every tool and strategy is applied in a way that resonates with the player’s unique experiences and needs.

The course was born from the need to provide a specific and non-generic type of coaching

The main problem with mental coaching courses is often the too generic and psychological approach, which makes it difficult to apply the concepts in a concrete way. Mental Tennis, on the contrary, is based on practical experience directly contextualized on the court, making learning more tangible and targeted. Players and coaches report that the results with Mental Tennis are immediate, visible from the first session, thanks to the personalization and concreteness of the techniques taught.

Why is it important to take this online course?

An online course with Mental Tennis represents a crucial step for a mental coach who wants to effectively support tennis players in their competitive journey. Thanks to a structured approach based on the specific needs of this sport, Mental Tennis offers targeted training that combines advanced techniques for managing emotions, concentration improvement strategies and mental resilience protocols.
